Özet
Bu araştırmada Akkaraman Koyunu ve Ankara Keçisinde, sinus durae matris ve extracranial ilişkileri incelendi. Bu amaçla yetişkin ve sağlıklı 8'er adet farkdı cinsiyetteki Akkaraman koyunu ve Ankara keçisi başlanı materyal olarak kullanılmıştır. Materyallerin v. jugularis externa'sina mavi latex enjekte edildi. Dorsal ve ventral olarak iki sinus sisteminden oluştuğu belirlendi. Dorsal sinus sistemini: sinus transversus, sinus temporalis, sinus sigmoideus, confluens sinuum, sinus sagittalis dorsalis, sinus rectus; ventral sinus sistemini ise: sinus petrosus ventralis, sinus basilaris ve sinus cavernosus'lar oluşturdu. V. emissaria occipitalis'in; v. vertebralis'in v. occipitalis ile extracranial ilişkisini sağladığı gözlendi. V. emissaria canalis n. hypoglossi'nin; sinus basilaris ile sinus petrosus ventralis'in extracranial iliş kisini oluşturduğu belirlendi. V. emissaria foraminis jugularis'in; sinus petrosus ventralis'in v. occipitalis ile extracranial ilişkisini sağladığı belirlendi. V. emissaria foraminis retroarticularis in, sinus temporalis'in plexus pterygoideus ile ve dolayısıyla v. maxillaris ile extracranial ilişkisini meydana getirdiği tespit edildi. V. emissaria foraminis ovalis'in, sinus cavernosus'un plexus pterygoideus ile extracranial ilişkisini oluşturduğu gözlendi. V. emissaria foraminis orbitorotundi'nin, sinus cavemosus'un plexus ophthalmicus ile extracranial ilişkisini sağladığı belirlendi.
In this study, extracranial connections of the dural sinus were investigated in Akkaraman Sheep and Angora Goat. For this purpose, eight adult healtly Akkaraman sheep and Angora goat either sex were used as a material. Blue latex was injected into the external jugular vein. It was determined that the dural sinus consisted of the ventral and dorsal systems of the dural sinuses. The dorsal system is composed of the transverse sinus, temporal sinus, sigmoid sinus, confluens sinuum, dorsal sagittal sinus and straight sinus. The ventral system of the dural sinus is consisted of the ventral petrosus sinus, basilar sinus and cavemosus sinus. It was observed that extracranial connection of vertebral vein and occipital vein is to be provided by occipital emissarial vein. It was determined that extracranial connection of basilar sinus and ventral petrosal sinus is to be provided hypoglossial n. canal emissarial vein. It was determined that extracranial connection of ventral petrosal sinus and occipital vein is to be provided by jugular foraminal emissary vein. It was determined that extracranial connectioned of temporal sinus and pterygoideal plexus is to be provided by retroarticular foraminal emissary vein. It was observed that extracranial vein connection of cavernosal sinus and pterygoideal plexus is to be provided by oval foraminal emissarial vein. It was determined that extracranial connection of cavernosal sinus and ophthalmic plexus is to be provided by orbitorotundi foraminal emissarial vein.
