| dc.description.abstract | Vergi gelirleri devletin en önemli finansman kaynaklarından birini teşkil etmektedir. Ancak vergilerin ekonomik koşullar üzerinde olumlu etkilerinin yanı sıra olumsuz etkileri de bulunabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada dolaylı ve dolaysız vergiler ile ekonomik büyüme arasındaki ilişki, Türkiye ekonomisi açısından koentegrasyon ve Granger nedensellik testleri yardımıyla 1975–2006 dönemi için araştırmaktadır. Koentegrasyon testi bulguları, ele alınan değişkenlerin birlikte hareket ettiklerini gösterirken, nedensellik testi bulguları dolaysız vergilerden büyümeye doğru tek yönlü bağıntının bulunduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Tax revenues are one of the most important financial resources of the government. But, taxes may have both positive effects as well as negative effects on the economical conditions. In this study, the relationship between direct/indirect taxes and economical growth in 1975-2006 periods is investigated for the Turkish economy by the help of cointegration and Granger causality tests. While the findings of the cointegration test show that the variables move together, the findings of the causality test display that there is a one way relation from indirect taxes to the growth. | en_US |
