Özet
Bu çalışmada, içten yanmalı motorlarda kullanılan 4. kuşak LPG sisteminin çalışma şartları tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. LPG sistemlerinin geldiği son noktadaki 4. Kuşak Sıralı Gaz Fazı LPG Enjeksiyon Sistemi incelenerek, sistem tanıtılmıştır. 1., 2. ve 3. kuşak LPG sistemlerinin problemlerine değinilmiş ve 4. Kuşak Sıralı Gaz Fazı LPG Enjeksiyon Sisteminde bu problemlerin olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Üzerinde 4. Kuşak LOVATO Sıralı Gaz Fazı LPG Enjeksiyon Sistemli cihaz monte edilmiş, MPI sistemli 2000 model Hyundai Accent 1.5 GLS marka araç üzerinde deneyler yapılmıştır. Araç LPG ve kurşunsuz benzinle çalıştırılarak emisyon ve güç değerleri tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, 4. Kuşak Sıralı Gaz Fazı LPG Enjeksiyon Sisteminde eski sistemlerde görülen performans düşüklüğünün olmadığı belirlenmiştir. LPG'nin kurşunsuz benzine göre en az % 40 ekonomik olduğu da bilinmektedir. LPG'nin ısıl değerinin ve yanma hızının kurşunsuz benzine yakın olması nedeniyle, LPG sistemleri benzin sistemine sahip araçlara takılabilir.
In this study, effective working conditions of LPG system which are used at internal combustion engine is tried to determine. The fourth generation sequent gas phase LPG injection system, the last level that the LPG systems are reached, is examined and the system is introduced. It is mentioned about the problems of first, second and third generation LPG systems and it is determined that fourth generation sequent gas phase LPG injection system has not these problems. Experiments are done with the car Multi Point Injection system 2000 Model Hyundai Accent 1.5 GLS on which fourth generation LOVATO sequent gas phase LPG injection system equipment assembled. The car is operated with LPG and unleaded oil. Emission and performance values are determined. In conclusion it is determined that at fourth generation squent gas phase LPG injection system performance decreasing which is seen at previous generations is not exist. Since the heat value and burning speed of LPG is aproximate to unleaded oil, LPG systems can be assembled in the cars which have oil system.
