Özet
Torsades de pointes (TdP), polimorfik ventriküler taşikardilerin genellikle iatrojenik, sebeplere bağlı ortaya çıkan önemli bir alt grubudur. EKG’de QT süresi uzamaksızın, U dalgası belirginleşmesi ve Q-U süresi uzaması olan bir polimorfik ventriküler taşikardi olgusu sunmaktayız.
Torsades de Pointes forms an important subgroup of ventricular tachycardia that usually occurs secondary to iatrogenic reasons. We would like to present a case with recurrent polimorphic ventricular tachycardia, that has prolongation of Q-U period and obvious U wave without prolongation of Q-T period.
