dc.description.abstractTorsades de pointes (TdP), polimorfik ventriküler taşikardilerin genellikle iatrojenik, sebeplere bağlı ortaya çıkan önemli bir alt grubudur. EKG’de QT süresi uzamaksızın, U dalgası belirginleşmesi ve Q-U süresi uzaması olan bir polimorfik ventriküler taşikardi olgusu sunmaktayız.en_US
dc.description.abstractTorsades de Pointes forms an important subgroup of ventricular tachycardia that usually occurs secondary to iatrogenic reasons. We would like to present a case with recurrent polimorphic ventricular tachycardia, that has prolongation of Q-U period and obvious U wave without prolongation of Q-T period.en_US
