Özet
Şeriye Siciileri Osmanlı sosyo-ekonomik tarihi araştırmalarında birinci elden kaynaklardır. Defterler ait oldukları bölgenin sosyal yapısının yanında merkezi otoritenin bölgesel idarecilerle ilişkilerini göstermesi açısından idari ve siyasi tarih çalışmaları için de önem arz etmektedir. Bu açıdan incelediğimiz defter de Osmanlı Devletinin önemli kentlerinden biri olan Konya’nın gerek sosyal gerekse idari yapısı bakımından önemli veriler ihtiva etmektedir. Bu çalışmada bu veriler değerlendirilerek sosyal ve idari olarak sınıflandırılan bu verilerden tarihi gerçekler gün ışığına çıkarılmağa çalışılmıştır.
The documents of Şer’iye or in other word sKadı registers are the first hand documents on the researches of Ottoman social and economic history. Thus documents are very important both social structure of belonging to regions and to declare state and political history fort he relations of its governors. From this point of view this book includes a lot of documents about both social and governtmental structure of Konya that a important city of Ottoman Empire. In this study has been studied to bring to light historical realities from thus datas of this book.
