dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to try to determine the role of organizational justice in the occurrence of cyberloafing behaviours, which have started to become a major problem for companies, by emphasizing the importance of the perception of organizational justice. The relationship between the lack of organizational justice, which is one of the significant problems of organizations, and cyberloafing has been tried to be determined. After the theoretical study, the relationship between perceived organizational justice and cyberloafing in hospitals has been analysed and it has been aimed to contribute to the solution of this problem by making some suggestions for the employers.en_US
