Özet
Uluslararası konjonktür, Soğuk Savaş sonrasında ortaya çıkan egemen devletler ve devlet dışı unsurlarla yeniden şekillenmiştir. Uluslararası sistemde, çok çeşitli aktörlerin yer almasıyla, sosyo-ekonomik, siyasal ve kültürel ilişkilerin sürdürülebilmesi için uygulanan geleneksel diplomasi anlayışı yerini küresel diplomasiye bırakmıştır. Makalemizde, tarihsel seyir içerisinde, diplomasinin, geleneksel anlayıştan uluslararası sistemin ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda küresel bir boyuta dönüşümü incelenmeye çalışılacaktır.
International conjuncture is taken on a shape by non-state factors arisen after the Cold War and sovereign nations. In the international system, the global diplomacy superseded traditional diplomatic concept envisaged to maintain the socio-economic, political and cultural relations. In this paper, the global transformation (from the traditional concept to the international needs) of diplomacy is analyzed based on the historical development process.
