| dc.description.abstract | Uluslararası konjonktür, Soğuk Savaş sonrasında ortaya çıkan egemen devletler ve devlet dışı unsurlarla yeniden şekillenmiştir. Uluslararası sistemde, çok çeşitli aktörlerin yer almasıyla, sosyo-ekonomik, siyasal ve kültürel ilişkilerin sürdürülebilmesi için uygulanan geleneksel diplomasi anlayışı yerini küresel diplomasiye bırakmıştır. Makalemizde, tarihsel seyir içerisinde, diplomasinin, geleneksel anlayıştan uluslararası sistemin ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda küresel bir boyuta dönüşümü incelenmeye çalışılacaktır. | en_US |
