| dc.description.abstract | "Gençlik Politikası Bağlamında, Türk Gençliğinin Devleti Algılama Biçimi ve Devletten Beklentileri? başlıklı bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye'de devletin günümüzde yaşayan gençlerle ilgili politikaları üretme sürecinin harekete geçirilmesine katkıda bulunmaktır. Fakat bu süreçte tam anlamıyla bir ilerleme olmadığı sorunsalı çıkıyor karşımıza. Nitekim birçok çalışma devletin gençlik politikası üretiminde gençliğin özerk birey olma sürecini yaşayabilmesini ve toplumsal hayatta genç olarak var olabilmelerini hedefleyen bir yaklaşımı sergilemesini savunmaktadır. Bu bağlamda Türkiye'de en kapsamlı çalışma Birleşmiş Milletler (BM)'in 2008 yılında yapmış olduğu Türkiye raporudur. Fakat bu konuda her yıl farklı ilerlemeler olduğu duyurulmakta ve gençlerin devleti algılama biçimlerindeki değişiminin ne olduğu bilinmemektedir. Bu gün gelinen noktada Türkiye, gençler için doğru fırsatları yaratabilirse ve onları geleceğin yüksek getirili iş pozisyonlarına hazırlamak üzere eğitimlerine yeterli yatırımı yaparsa, bu tarihi fırsatı etkin bir şekilde kullanmış olacaktır. Çünkü çok büyük sayıda yüksek nitelikli gence ihtiyaç duyan ve aynı zamanda onlara fırsatlarla dolu bir gelecek sunacak olan devletin bu alanda günümüzde neler yaptığı ve gençlerin devletten beklentileri büyük önem taşımaktadır. Bu durum ise çalışmanın ve uygulamanın önemini de ortaya koymaktadır. | en_US |
