Özet
Zaman, canlılar için, içinden kaçılması mümkün olmayan birgerçektir. Kâinattaki her şey bir zaman içerisinde olmaktadır. Bundandolayı olaylar hakkında hüküm verirken hem olayın cereyan ettiğizaman dilimi hem de olayların nasıl geliştiğinin bilinmesi o olayhakkında sağlıklı karar verilmesini kolaylaştıracaktır.İslam Tarihinde, Peygamber (s.a.v)’in son günleri, ileriki yıllardataraflar arasında kendi lehlerine delil olduğunu ileri sürdükleri oldukçaönemli olayların cereyan ettiği bir zaman dilimidir. Bu zaman dilimindeashabın en çok üzerinde durduğu konu Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v)’invefatından sonra onun yerine kimin geçeceği idi. Rivayetlerebakıldığında Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.)’in yerine kimin geçeceği hususundaHz. Ali ve Sa’d b. Ubâde gibi bazı sahabenin bir beklenti içerisindeolduğu da anlaşılmaktadır.Biz bu çalışmada Hz. Peygamber (s.s.v)’in son günlerindekendisinden sadır olan bazı vasiyetler ve Kırtas olarak bilinen ve Ehl-isünnet ile Şia arasında polemik konusu olan rivayeti inceleyerek, burivayetlerin sıhhati ile her iki mezhebin konuya bakış açılarınıincelemeyi hedeflemekteyiz. Araştırmamız esnasında her iki tarafın dakonuyla ilgili rivayetleri olabildiğince kendi düşünceleri perspektifindeyorumladıkları görülmekle birlikte; Şia’nın özellikle -yönetimle alakalıdiğer hadislerde yaptığı gibi- ilgili rivayeti tevil ederek Hz. Peygamberinvefatından sonra imamet konusunda Hz. Ali’yi vasiyet ettiğine ilişkinhadis uydurarak, rivayetleri kendi lehlerine kullanma noktasında Ehl-isünnet cenahından daha fazla gayret sarf ettikleri görülmüştür.Bu çalışmada Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.)’in vefatından önceki son beşgünden başlamak üzere vefatına kadarki süreçte cereyan eden olaylar ile Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.)’in vefatından sonra imam tayin etmekistediğine ilişkin Kırtas hadisi olarak bilinen rivayet incelenecektir.
Time is a fact that cannot be avoided for living beings. Everythingin the universe is in a time. Therefore, when deciding on events, boththe time period in which the event occurred and the knowledge of howthe events developed improved the health decision making while makingjudgments about that event.In the history of Islam, the last days of the Prophet (bpuh.) are aperiod of time in which significant events took place between the partiesin the years to come. In this period of time, the most important issue ofcompanions that after the death of the Prophet (bpuh.) who replacementhis was. According to the rumors to pass the place of the Prophet(bpuh.) it is understood that some of the companions such as Ali andSad b.Ubeda were in an expectation.In this study, in the last days of the Prophet (bpuh.) some of thetestament of him and the poem known as the station and the polemic ofAhl al-Sunnah by examining the subject of polemic, the narrative ofthese rumors with the aim of examining the perspectives of both sects.During the research, it was seen that both sides interpreted thenarrations about the subject in their perspective as much as possible.Shia, especially - as in other hadiths related to the administration - asrelated to the rumor of after the death of the Prophet imam ıt wasobserved that they had made more effort in compiling hadith that hehad testified about Ali and that he had used narrations in his ownfavor.In this study, Hz. Prophet's death from the last five days beforethe death of events occurring in the process of the Prophet. After thedeath of Prophet Mohammad, the imam known as the fortune hadiththat he wanted to appoint an imam will be examined.
