| dc.description.abstract | Son yıllarda geleneksel ofis yaklaşımından, bilgisayar, fotokopi makinesi, sesli yanıt sistemleri gibi bilişim temelli sistemlerin kullanıldığı modern ofislere doğru bir değişim yaşanmaktadır. Bilişim temelli sistemler bir başka deyişle ofis otomasyon sistemleri, ofislerin artan iş yoğunluğu ve stresli ortamında iş yapma şekillerini değiştiren, çalışanların ofis yaşamlarını olumlu etkileyerek onları motive eden ve verimliliklerini artıran sistemlerdir. Bu bağlamda bu çalışmanın temel amacı “ofis otomasyon sistemleri kullanımının ofis çalışanlarının bireysel performansları üzerine olan etkilerinin belirlenmesi” dir. Yapılan araştırma Selçuk Üniversitesi’ne bağlı eğitim birimlerindeki ofis çalışanlarını kapsamaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Recently, a conversion has been observed from traditional office approach to modern offices where information based systems such as computer, photocopy machine, answer machine are used. Information based systems, in other words, office automation systems are the systems which change the conditions of works in stressful and busy office environment, motivate and increase productivity of the staff by affecting their office lives positively. In this context, the main purpose of this study is “to determine the effects of office automation systems usage on the individual performance of administrative personnel”.
