| dc.description.abstract | İlahi vahyin Arap Dili’nin ifade kalıplarına bürünmüş hali olan Kur’an'ın anlaşılması ve yorumlanması konusunda Hz. Peygamber, sahabe ve tâbiûn tarafından bir takım usul ve esaslar ortaya konulmuştur. Sonraki dönemlerde de âlimler bu esaslar üzerine her dönemin ihtiyacına göre yeni birtakım ilavelerde bulunmuşlardır. Kur'an'ın anlaşılmasına dair bu usul ve kaideler dinamik bir şekilde asrısaadetten günümüze kadar gelmiştir. Kur'an'ın doğru bir şekilde anlaşılması ve yorumlanmasına dair bu usul ve esasları ele alan Kur'an ilimleri içerisinde kıraat ilmi en önde gelen ilimler arasında yer alır. Kıraat ilminin haiz olduğu bu önem sebebiyle Kur'an’ı anlama ve yorumlama çabası içerisinde bulunan müfessirlerce geçmişten günümüze tarihin her aşamasında kendisine yeterince ilgi gösterilmiş ve bu ilim bütün İslam coğrafyasında nesilden nesile aktarılmıştır. Ancak kıraat ilmine gösterilen ilgiye rağmen ne yazık ki bu ilmin tarihi süreçte İslam coğrafyasında yayılmasını ele alan ve onun tarihçesine yer veren kaynakların oldukça sınırlı olduğu görülmektedir. Kadim dönemden modern döneme kıraat âlimlerinin tasnif ettikleri eserlerde bazı kıraatlerin İslam âleminde belli tarihsel aşamalarda nasıl yayıldığı veya yok olduğu ya da İslam âlemindeki coğrafi dağılımının nasıl olduğu ile ilgili hususlara dair yeterli bilgi bulmak pek mümkün değildir. Bu makale, hicri birinci asırdan günümüze kadar geçen zaman diliminde İslam dünyasının tamamında kıraatlerin yayılış serüvenini ele almayı amaçlamıştır. Özellikle Mekke, Medine, Şam, Kufe, Basra, Mısır, Kuzey Afrika, Endülüs ve Anadolu vb. bölgelerde yayılan kıraatlerin Hicri birinci yüzyıldan günümüze kadarki gelişimi ve bir ülkeden diğer bir ülkeye yayılma sürecini tetikleyen sebeplere ve bir zaman diliminden diğerine geçerken kat ettiği mesafeye yer vermeyi hedeflemiştir. Kıraatlerin yayılmasının sebepleri üzerinde durulurken de bu sebeplerin öne çıkanlarının, kârilerin sahip olduğu şöhret, bu alanda ortaya koydukları etkin faaliyetler, kıraatlerin sahip olduğu özellikler ile siyasi veya mezhepsel motifler olduğu tespiti yapılmış ve bunlar üzerinde durulmuştur. Kıraat ilminin Kur'an ilimleri içerisinde sahip olduğu önem ve kendisine gösterilen ilgiye rağmen aşere kıraatinin tarihi süreçte kat ettiği aşamaları ele alan çok fazla çalışma bulunmadığından bu çalışma söz konusu boşluğu bir nebze de olsa doldurmayı amaçlamıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | A number of methods and principles were put forward by the Prophet, the Sahaba and the tabieen regarding the understanding and interpretation of the Qur'an, which is the divine revelation with human language. In the following periods, scholars made some new additions on these principles according to the needs of each period. These methods and rules relating to the understanding of the Qur'an have been transmitted dynamically from the time of the Prophet to the present day. Qira?at is at the forefront among the Qur'anic sciences. For this reason, it has been a branch of science that has been given sufficient care and attention at every stage of history from past to present. However, despite the interest shown in Qira?at, the resources related to the history of the spread of this science are limited. In the written works of the first period and later ones, it is very difficult to find answers to the questions about how some Qira?at spread or disappeared in certain historical stages or how their geographical distribution was in the Islamic world. This article covers the history of the spread of Qira?at in the entire Islamic world from the first Hijri century to the present. It deals with the development of Qira?at spread in the Mecca, Medina, Damascus, Kufa, Basra, Egypt, North Africa, Andalusia and Anatolia etc. regions from the first century of Hijri to the present day and the reasons that triggered the process of spreading from one country to another, and its development from one time period to another. While some of the reasons for the spread of Qira?at are the fame of Qurr'a and their active activities in this field, sometimes they are related to the characteristics of Qira?at. Political or doctrinal motives were influential in the spread of some recitations. Despite the importance of the science of Qira?at and the interest shown to it, there are not many studies dealing with the stages of Qira?at in the historical process.
