| dc.description.abstract | Osmanlılar döneminde Anadolu’da ziraatı yapılan tarım ürünlerinin içerisinde meyve-sebze üretiminin önemli bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Meyveler içerisinde en fazla üretimi yapılan ürünler, üzüm ve ceviz iken, sebzeler içerisinde ise soğan ve sarımsak diğer ürünlere göre öne çıkmaktadır. İncelenen dönem içerisinde, badem, kayısı, erik, elma, armut, kiraz, dut, nar, kestane, fındık, kavun, karpuz, bezelye gibi ürünlerin de ziraatı yapılmaktadır. | en_US |

Among the fruits, grape and walnut production were more than the other fruit production and among the vegetable products onion and garlic productions were considerable.
