dc.description.abstractThe individual invests time, effort and etc. to organization while working. The aim of this study is to present relations between seven side- bet categories; continuance commitment and turnover intention concerning the investment and to show the differences demographically. The survey is done with 320 employees of four different municipalities of Konya in Turkey. Datas are registered SPSS 10.00; descriptive statistics, factor analyses, regression, and correlation analyses are applied. At the end of the survey, correlation between seven side- bet categories, continuance commitment and turnover intention determined. Commitment dimensions differs demographically.en_US
