| dc.description.abstract | In this study, the effects of small volumes of blood, isotonic and hypertonic saline administrations in dogs with haemorrhagic shock induced experimentally were investigated. For this purpose totally 20 dogs were used as a material. The dogs were divided into 4 groups each of 5 dogs. the dogs were anesthetized with thiopenthal sodium ( 30mg / k * g .iv) and then haemorrhagic shock was performed experimentally. | dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırma, deneysel olarak hemorajik şok oluşturulan köpeklerde küçük hacimlerde kan, izotonik ve hipertonik tuzlu su uygulamalarının etkileri incelendi. Bu amaçla materyal olarak 20 köpek kullanıldı Köpekler her biri 5'er köpekten oluşan 4 gruba ayrıldı. Köpekler sodyum tiyopental (30 mg/kg, iv) ile anestezi edildikten sonra de- neysel olarak hemorajik şok oluşturuldu. Ortalama arter basıncı (OAB) 40+5 mmHg'ya düşürülerek 30 dakika (Hipotensiv dönem) bu seviyede tutuldu. Hipotensiv dönem sonunda (HDS) 1.,II,III. ve IV. grupları oluşturan köpeklere 5 mg/kg hesabıyla int- ravenöz olarak sırasıyla; kendi kanları, izotonik, %3.5 ve %7.5'luk NaCL uygulandı. Hematolojik parametreler için kan örnekleri deneme öncesi, hipotensiv dönem sonu, sivi uygulamasından 30, 60 ve 90 dakika sonra alındı. Araştırma başlangıcında ortalama alyuvar sayıları ..II,III. ve IV. gruplarda sırasıyla, 5.37, 6.38, 5.58 ve 6.23 * 10 ^ 6 / m * m ^ 3 olarak bulundu. Bu değerler HDS'da sırasıyla; 4.98, 6.00, 4.71 ve 5.35 * 10 ^ 6 / m * m ^ 3 olarak belirlendi. Araştırma başlangıcında plazma sodyum düzeyleri 1.,II,III. ve IV. gruplarda sırasıyla; 134.9, 137 9, 137.0 ve 141.1 mEq / L olarak bulunurken, aynı değerler HDS'da 133.5, 136.8, 133.6 ve 135.7 mEq/L olarak belirlendi.
