| dc.description.abstract | Kaydileştirme, sermaye piyasası araçlarının, fiziki olarak kağıt üzerine basılmasından vazgeçilerek bu sermaye piyasası araçlarına karşılık gelmek üzere elektronik ortamda kayıtlar oluşturulmasıdır. Kaydileştirme sayesinde 1) sermaye piyasası araçları kaydi olarak elektronik ortamda saklanabilmekte ve 2) kaydi olarak saklanan bu sermaye piyasası araçlarına ilişkin işlemler kaydi olarak yapılabilmektedir. Kaydi sistem, kaydi sermaye piyasası araçlarının ve bu araçlara ilişkin hakların merkezi saklama kuruluşu nezdinde tutulan hesaplarda kayden izlendiği ve bu araçlara ilişkin hukuki işlemlerin merkezi saklama kuruluşu nezdindeki hesaplar üzerinde kaydi olarak yapılan değişiklikler yoluyla gerçekleştirildiği merkezi bir saklama sistemidir. Dolayısıyla kaydileştirme, senetlerin yok edilmesi; kaydi sistem ise, senedin yok edilmesi sonucu oluşturulan merkezi saklama sistemidir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The Dematerialization is which the securities are forming of the records on electronic form for the purpose of corresponding to these securities by giving the pressing up the securities on paper physically. Thanks to the dematerialization 1) the securities can be kept in the electronic form and 2) the operations related with these securities which have been kept as records can be done electronically. The book-entry system, which the dematerialized securities and the rights related with these securities have been watched as records on the accounts kept in the control of the central securities depository and the legal operations related with these securities, which have been realized by the way of the changes which is done as records on the accounts in the control of the central securities depository, is a central custody system. Therefore; the dematerialization is the destroyed of physical certificates and the bookentry system, which was formed as a result of the destroyed of the physical certificates, is the central custody system. | en_US |
