Özet
DTÖ (Dünya Ticaret Örgütü) Tarım Anlaşması, tarımsal ticarete dönük üç düzenleme getirmektedir. Bu düzenlemeler pazara giriş, ihracat sübvansiyonları ve iç desteklerle ilgilidir. DTÖ’nün getirdiği bu düzenlemeler, gelişme yolundaki ülkeleri, gelişmiş ülkelere oranla daha olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Ancak Anlaşmanın, tarım sektörünü serbestleştirme adına bazı olumlu yanları da mevcuttur. Çalışma bu düzenlemelerin Türkiye tarım politikaları ve tarımsal ticareti üzerindeki etkilerini ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır.
Agricultural Agreement of the World Trade Organization (WTO) makes arrangements in three areas of agricultural trade. These arrangements made by WTO affects the developing countries negatively if compared with developed countries. The agreement also has some positive effects from the point of liberalization of agriculture. The objective of this work is to put forth the effects of these factors on Turkish agricultural policies and agricultural trade.
