| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Konya ilinde yaşayan, kültür ve inanç turizmine ilgi duyan, aynı zamanda doğal güzellikleri keşfetmek isteyen ziyaretçilerin ideal üç günlük tatil rotalarını belirlemek amacıyla beş farklı yapay zekâ destekli sohbet robotu (Google AI Chatbot, ChatGPT, Monica, Bing Chat, Youchat) karşılaştırmalı olarak analiz edilmiştir. Her bir sohbet robotu, Konya dışındaki seyahat alternatiflerini de değerlendirerek ve kısıtlı bir bütçe göz önünde bulundurarak önerilerde bulunmuştur. Elde edilen sonuçlar, sohbet robotlarının tatil planlama yeteneklerini ve kullanıcı ihtiyaçlarına ne derece uyum sağladıklarını ortaya koymuştur. Çalışma belirli bir “bölge”, “bütçe” ve “zaman” kısıtı içerisinde turistlere kişisel seyahat rotası çizmeye odaklanması bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Çalışmada, yapay zekâ destekli sohbet robotlarının sunduğu tatil rotaları kullanıcı deneyimi ve maliyet etkinliği açısından incelenmiş ve tablo halinde sunulmuştur. Sonuç olarak, farklı yapay zekâ destekli sohbet robotlarının tatil destinasyonu önerileri karşılaştırılmış ve her birinin güçlü yönleri ile sınırlılıkları tartışılmıştır. Bu çalışma, yapay zekâ destekli sohbet robotlarının turizm sektöründeki potansiyeli ve kullanıcı odaklı hizmet geliştirmedeki rolüne vurgu yapmaktadır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, five different artificial intelligence-supported chat robots (Google AI Chatbot, ChatGPT, Monica, Bing Chat, Youchat) were compared in order to determine the ideal three-day holiday routes for visitors living in Konya, who are interested in culture and faith tourism, and who also want to explore natural beauties. Each chatbot also evaluated travel alternatives outside Konya and made suggestions, taking into account a limited budget. The results obtained revealed the holiday planning abilities of chatbots and the extent to which they adapt to user needs. The study is important in that it focuses on drawing personal travel routes for tourists within a certain “region”, “budget” and “time” constraint. In the study, holiday routes offered by artificial intelligence-supported chat robots were examined in terms of user experience and cost effectiveness and presented in a table. As a result, the holiday destination recommendations of different artificial intelligence-supported chat robots were compared and the strengths and limitations of each were discussed. This study emphasizes the potential of artificial intelligence-supported chatbots in the tourism sector and their role in user-oriented service development. | |
