Zümre farklılığının sebep olduğu bir çatışmanın romanı “Ferdi ve Şürekâsı”

Bu makalede farklı sınıfa mensup iki insanın çevre baskısıyla evlendirilmeleri ve bu evliliğin hazin bir şekilde bitmesi anlatılır. -Fakir erkek- İsmail Tayfur’un romanın sonunda aklını yitirmesi ve -zengin kız- Hacer’in de yangın sonucunda ölmesi bireylerin hissi duygularının dikkate alınmamasının bir neticesidir. Bireylerin maddi imkanlarının, yaşantılarının, duygularının tamamen farklı olduğu romandaki temel çatışma İsmail Tayfur’un yaşamış olduğu aşkpara çatışmasıdır. İsmail Tayfur, fakir Saniha’yı sevmesine rağmen daha iyi imkanlarda yaşayacağı söylenerek çevresinin de etkisiyle Hacer’le evlendirilmiştir. Roman realitesi içinde her ne kadar para kazanmış gibi gözükse de gerçekte romanın sonunda bireyler yok edilerek aşkın kazanması gerektiği anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Romanda ayrıca Ferdi ve Şürekası (Ortakları) Ticaretevi da anlatılarak iş hayatı ve sosyal hayat hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir.

This article is about two young people from different social classes, who are forced to marry each other by the social pressure and the tragic end of this marriage. That the poor man İsmail Tayfur- becomes mad and the rich woman –Hacer- dies in a fire at the end of the novel is the result of not considering the youngsters ideas before they are made to marry. The main conflict in the novel, in which people are totally different in terms of financial opportunities, emotions and lifestyles, is İsmail Tayfur’s “love-money” conflict. İsmail Tayfur loves the poor girl –Saniha-; but being told that he would be able to live in better conditions, he is made to marry Hacer. Though it seems that the “money” wins in the novel, the writer tried to emphasise that the love should win by killing the heroes. Additionally, the writer gives us the insights about business and social life by introducing the company “Ferdi ve Şürekâsı Ticaretevi”
