Özet
Renal angiomyolipoma (AML) is one of the most common urological manifestations of tuberous sclerosis complex (TS). These lesions may cause significant morbidity, mostly related to complications from bleeding. Here, we present a patient with bilateral multiple renal AML associated with TS who underwent bilateral renal surgery. The case is discussed in the light of clinical findings and treatment modalities.
