Abstract
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti ve Sovyetler Birliği hemen hemen aynı zamanlarda kurulmuşlardır. Kuruluşları öncesi birbirine benzer sancılı bir süreç geçiren bu iki devlet, Türk Milli Mücadele yıllarında birbirine yaklaşmaya başlamış ve bu durum İkinci Dünya Savaşına kadar devam etmiştir. Bu çalışmada 1923-1938 yılları arasında Atatürk'ün TBMM'nin açış konuşmalarında Türk-Sovyet ilişkileri hakkında söylediği sözlerin tarihi süreçte değerlendirilmesi yapılacaktır.
Republic of Turkey and Soviet Union were founded almost the same time. Both of them encountered difficultues and they became close to each other during the Turkish National Struggle and this closeness continued from to the II. World War. in this paper I aim to evaluate the speech of Atatürk about Turkish-Soviet Relationship in the opening of TBMM. The words will be studied according to the historical perlod.
