Yetiştirme Yurtlarında Yaşayan Ergenlerin Sürekli Öfke ve Öfke Tarzı Düzeylerinin İncelenmesi Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, yetiştirme yurtlarında yaşayan ergenlerin, sürekli öfke ve öfke tarzı alt boyutlarının bazı değişkenlere göre anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını belirlemektir. Araştırmanın evreni Konya ilinde bulunan erkek ve kız yetiştirme yurdunda kalan korunmaya muhtaç ergenlerden oluşmuştur. Araştırma öneklemini toplam 211 ergen (% 55,9 kız, % 44,1 erkek) oluşturmaktadır. Ergenlerin yaş ortalaması 15.11’dir (ss2.16). Araştırma sonucuna göre; sürekli öfke düzeyleri ve öfke tarzı alt boyutları puan ortalamaları cinsiyet değişkeni açısından anlamlı düzeyde farklılaşmamaktadır (p .05). Ergenlerin doğum yeri değişkenine göre öfke-dışa alt boyutunda anlamlı düzeyde bir farklılaşmanın olduğu görülmüştür (p .05). Anne ve babasının boşanmış olup olmamasına göre ergenlerin sürekli öfke ve öfke tarzı alt boyutları puan ortalamaları arasında anlamlı düzeyde bir farklılaşmanın olmadığı görülmüştür (p .05). Yetiştirme yurdunda yaşayan ergenlerin sürekli öfke puan ortalamaları ve öfke tarzı öfke-dışa alt boyutu puan ortalamaları arasında yurtta kalma süresi değişkenine göre anlamlı düzeyde bir farklılaşma bulunmuştur (p .01).
The aim of this research is to determine whether Trait Anger (T-Anger) and anger subscales of adolescents living in youth homes significantly differentiate with respect to some variables. The universe of the research consists of male and female adolescents who are under protection and living in youth homes in Konya. A total of 211 (% 55.9 of females and % 44.1 of males) adolescents made up the sample (Me- an age 15.11; SD 2.16). Results showed that T-Anger levels and average anger subscale scores do not significantly differentiate in terms of gender (p >.05). Results also showed that Anger/Out subscale scores significantly differentiate in terms of birthplace (p < .05); that T-Anger and anger subscale scores do not significantly differentiate in terms of parents&#8217; divorce (p > .05). It is also found that T-Anger and Anger/Out scores of the adolescents living in youth homes significantly differentiate in terms of time-spent at youth home (p < .01).
