dc.description.abstractRenal anjiomyolipom (AML), tüberoskleroz kompleksinin (TS) en yaygın ürolojik bulgusudur. Bu kitleler daha çok kanamayla iliskili önemli derecede morbiditeye sebep olabilirler. Burada, bilateral renal cerrahi uygulanan TS ile iliskili, iki tarafı ve çok sayıda renal AML’si bulunan hastayı sunuyoruz. Olgu, klinik bulgular ve tedavi yöntemleri esliğinde tartısılmıstır.en_US
dc.description.abstractRenal angiomyolipoma (AML) is one of the most common urological manifesta- tions of tuberous sclerosis complex (TS). These lesions may cause signifcant morbidity, mostly related to complications from bleeding. Here, we present a pa- tient with bilateral multiple renal AML associated with TS who underwent bilatera renal surgery. The case is discussed in the light of clinical fndings and treatment modalities.en_US
