Özet
Bu araştırma Konya Gençlik Hizmetleri İl Müdürlüğünün, toplam kalite yönetimine geçiş sürecinde personel yaklaşımının belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri, Alpullu tarafından 2006 yılında geliştirilen 36 maddelik ölçek aracılığı ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmada toplam kalite yönetimi; liderlik, çalışanların geliştirilmesi- katılımı, tedarikçilerle ilişkiler ve müşteri odaklı organizasyon olarak dört farklı boyutta ele alınarak personelin, konuyla ilgili yaklaşımları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca katılımcıların toplam kalite yönetimine bakış açılarının cinsiyetlerine, yaşlarına, kurumlarındaki görevlerine ve eğitim seviyelerine göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğine bakılmıştır. Yapılan istatistiksel analizler sonunda il müdürlüğü personelinin cinsiyet, yaş ve eğitim seviyeleri ile toplam kalite yönetiminin alt boyutları arasında anlamlı farka rastlanmazken, kurumlarındaki görevleri tedarikçilerle ilişkiler alt boyutunda anlamlı fark bulunmuştur
The objective of this study was to determine staff approach for Provincial Directorate of Youth Services in Konya during the transition period in total quality management. Data was collected by using the scale of 41 items developed by Alpullu in 2006. In this research total quality management was dealt in four different dimensions as leadership, staff’s developmentparticipation, relations with suppliers and customer-oriented organization, so the staff’s approaches to the subject were determined. Also, this one explains whether the participants’ viewpoints about total quality management differ by their genders, their ages, their duties in institution and their education levels. The results of statistical analyses showed that there was no significant difference between the sub-dimensions of total quality management and the staff’s gender, age and education levels in the provincial directorate. It was also found that there was a significant difference between the staff’s duties in institution and the sub-dimension of relations with the suppliers
