Özet
The utilization of information technologies in public services, which provides efficiency and productivity, is essential not only for ensuring citizen satisfaction, but also for integrating with the world and enhancing competitiveness. However, adapting information technologies to public institutions, which have a complicated operating structure, carries bureaucratic, legal, technical and financial issues as well as the need for trained staff. The primary objective of this study is to examine the level of information technology utilization in public institutions and to identify the problems encountered during the utilization process. In this context, a survey was conducted in the District Governates of the Konya Province.
