Özet
Basın İş Kanunu gazetecilerin fazla çalışma haklarını ek madde 1de düzenlemiştir. Buna göre gazetecinin günlük çalışma süresini aşan, ulusal bayram, genel tatiller ve hafta tatilinde çalışması fazla çalışma sayılır. Her bir saat fazla çalışma için normal çalışma ücretinin saat başına düşen miktarı yüzde elli artırılarak fazla çalışma ücreti ödenir. Fazla çalışma ücretlerinin gününde verilmemesi halinde, her geçen gün için yüzde beş fazlasıyla ödenir. Fazla mesai günde üç saati geçemez.
The Press Labour Act was in more than one additional agent working rights for journalist. According to this, the daily working time exceeds journa- lists, national holidays, public holidays and weekends are considered overtime work. Normal working wage for each hour of overtime work per hour by incre- asing the amount of overtime pay shall be paid fifty percent. In the absence of fee on the day of more work, more than five per cent shall be paid for each day. Overtime may not exceed three hours per day.
