Özet
Bu çalışma ile Apiaceae familyasına ait Bupleurum cinsinin Türkiye endemiği iki türü olan Bupleurum heldreichii Boiss. & Bal. ve Bupleurum lophocarpum Boiss. & Bal. taksonlarının morfolojik ve anatomik özellikleri belirlendi. Çalışılan iki türde, kökün, gövdenin ve yaprağın anatomik yapısı, stoma özellikleri ve indeksleri belirlendi. Çekilen fotoğraflar, anatomik ölçümler ve hesaplamalar sonucunda iki bitki türü arasındaki farklılıklar ve benzerlikler belirlendi.
As a result of this study, the morphological and anatomical characteristics of Bupleurum heldreichii Boiss. & Bal. ve Bupleurum lophocarpum Boiss. & Bal. taxa which are Turkey endemic types of Bupleurum species belonging to Apiaceae family has been identified. In the two studies anatomical structure of leaves, roots and stem and stoma?s anatomical structure and indexes were identified. As a consequence of the taken picturers; anatomical measurements and calculations the similarities and the differences of the two plants were identified
