| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma ile Apiaceae familyasına ait Bupleurum cinsinin Türkiye endemiği iki türü olan Bupleurum heldreichii Boiss. & Bal. ve Bupleurum lophocarpum Boiss. & Bal. taksonlarının morfolojik ve anatomik özellikleri belirlendi. Çalışılan iki türde, kökün, gövdenin ve yaprağın anatomik yapısı, stoma özellikleri ve indeksleri belirlendi. Çekilen fotoğraflar, anatomik ölçümler ve hesaplamalar sonucunda iki bitki türü arasındaki farklılıklar ve benzerlikler belirlendi. | en_US |
