dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın temel amacı; yaşam beklentisininbelirleyicilerinden eğitim, istihdam, ortalama gelirve sağlık imkânlarına erişimin kadınların yaşambeklentisi üzerindeki etkisinin panel veri analizi ilebelirlenmesidir. Yaşam beklentisi literatürde özelliklekalkınma kapsamında oldukça çalışılan bir konudur.Bu kadar önemli olan bu konunun toplumsal cinsiyetçalışmalarının hız kazanmasıyla kadınlar özelindede incelenmesi gerektiği düşünülmektedir. Buçalışma kapsamında, literatürde yaşam beklentisininbelirleyicileri arasında sayılan eğitim, istihdam,ortalama gelir ve sağlık imkânlarına erişimdeğişkenlerine sahip, refah rejimleri sınıflandırmasıesas alınarak rasgele seçilen 7 ülke incelenmiştir.Ortak veri setine sahip olarak rastgele seçilmişbu 7 ülkede 2009-2016 yılları arasında, seçilendeğişkenlerin, kadınların yaşam beklentisi üzerinde,bir etkiye sahip olup olmadıkları incelenmiştir.Analiz sonuçları literatürle benzerlik taşımakta, eldeedilen bulgulara göre yaşam beklentisi üzerindeistihdam ve ortalama gelir değişkeleri pozitif yönlü,sağlık imkânlarına erişim noktasında yaşanansorunlar ise negatif yönlü bir etkiye sahiptir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this study is to determine theeffects of life expectancy of women on access toeducation, employment, average income and healthby panel data analysis. The life expectancy is asubject that is particularly studied in the literatureespecially in development content. It is thoughtto be that this issue needs to be examined inspecifically on women as gender studies acceleratethese days. Within the scope of this study, randomlyselected 7 countries with the variables of education,employment, average income, and access to healthfacilities, which are among the determinants of lifeexpectancy in the literature, have been examinedbased on the classification of welfare regimes. Inthese seven randomly chosen countries with shareddata sets, it was examined whether the selectedvariables had an effect on the life expectancy ofwomen between 2009-2016. According to thefindings, results of the analysis were similar to theliterature, the employment and average incomevariables on the life expectation are positive, whilethe problems experienced in accessing the healthopportunities have a negative effect.en_US
