dc.description.abstractÇalışmanın amacı, X, Y ve Z kuşak çalışanlarının örgütsel sessizlik davranışlarında farklılıklarının yanı sıra demografik özellikler açısından da farklılığın etkili olup olmadığının belirlenmesidir. Çalışmada Anket Yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilen veriler, SPSS 20.0 paket programı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Anket verilerinin analizinde yüzde ve frekansları gösteren tanımlayıcı istatistikler kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacına uygun olarak geliştirilen hipotezler Bağımsız İki Örneklem T Testi ve Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi (ANOVA) ile test edilmiştir. Analizlerden elde edilen sonuçlara göre, örgütsel sessizliğin alt boyutları olan korunma amaçlı sessizlik ve koruma amaçlı sessizlik boyutları ile çalışanların bulundukları kuşak arasında anlamlı bir farklılık gözlemlenmezken, kabullenici sessizlik ile X, Y ve Z kuşağı arasında anlamlı farklılık ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu kapsamda, X kuşağında yer alan çalışanların kabullenici sessizlik puanları Y ve Z kuşağında yer alan çalışanlara göre daha yüksektir. Ayrıca araştırmaya katılan çalışanların örgütsel sessizlik davranışları medeni durumlarına ve eğitim düzeylerine göre anlamlı farklılık göstermektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the study is to determine whether the differences in the organizational silence behaviours of the X, Y and Z generation employees as well as the demographic characteristics are effective. The data obtained by using the Survey Method were evaluated with SPSS 20.0 package program. Descriptive statistics showing percentages and frequencies were used in the analysis of the survey data. The hypotheses developed according to the aim of the study were tested with Independent Two Sample T Test and One Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). According to the results obtained from the analyzes, no significant difference was observed between the silence for protection and silence for protection, which are the sub-dimensions of organizational silence, and the generation of employees, while a significant difference was found between accepting silence and X, Y and Z generation. In this context, the acceptance silence scores of the employees in generation X were higher than those in the Y and Z generation. In addition, organizational silence behaviors of the employees who participated in the research showed a significant difference according to their marital status and educational level.en_US
