| dc.description.abstract | İslâm âlimleri, Hz. Peygamber’in sünnetinin bilgi kaynakları hakkında nübüvvet ve beşer ayrımındaki bazı iltibaslara dayanan farklı görüşler dile getirmişlerdir. Bu konuda dört ayrı anlayış oluşmuştur. Sünnetin tamamının vahye dayandığı görüşüne sahip bazı âlim ve muhaddisler peygamberlerin rüya, ilham, kalplerine doğan bilginin gayrı metlûv vahiy ya da hikmet yani Kur’an dışında bir vahiy olduğu görüşünü benimsemiştir. Âlimlerin geneli ise, Hz. Peygamber’in Sünnetinin bilgi kaynağı olarak Kur’an, gayrı metlûv vahiy, beşerî tecrübe, haber, duyu organları ve nazarî istidlale dayanan görüşleri kabul etmiştir. Geleneği şekillendirmesi açısından Sünnet, Hz. Peygamber’in beşeri tecrübeyi vahiy kontrolünde kendi içtihadıyla yeniden düzenlemesidir. Hz. Peygamber’in Sünneti, illetlerin ve şartların dönüşümünü göz önünde bulundurmak suretiyle değişimin nüvelerini barındıran esas kaynaktır. Hz. Peygamber’in sünnetle dini hayata koyduğu formun bir tür vahiy ve şartlar değişse de değiştirilemez hükümler olduğu hususundaki kanaatlerinden dolayı hadisçiler, kimi düşünce gelenekleri tarafından tenkit edilmişlerdir. Araştırma Hz. Peygamber’in namaz kılınışında sünnetinin kaynağı hakkındaki tartışmaları ve delilleri rivayet ilmi açısından değerlendirmeyi amaçlamıştır. Vahyin tek ürününün Kur’an olduğunu kabul eden Hariciye fırkaları namaza dair uygulamalarda delil alınan hadisleri inkâr etmeleri sünnetin kaynağının ne olduğu tartışmasını gündeme getirmiştir. Nitekim namazın nasıl kılınacağına dair öğretinin Cebrâil tarafından Hz. Peygamber’e talim edildiği görüşüne karşı çıkan söz konusu fırkalar, önceki şeriatlerde de benzer ibadet uygulamasının olduğunu gerekçe göstermişlerdir. Bu âlimler Hz. Peygamber’in namazın kılınışını Cebrâil’in taliminden değil, önceki şeriatlerin uygulamalarından aldığı düşüncesiyle karşı delil ileri sürmüşlerdir. Rivayetlerde Cebrâil’in farklı zamanlarda Hz. Peygamber’le iletişim kurduğu göz önünde tutulduğunda namazın kılınışıyla ilgili namazın Kur’an’ın indirilişine uygun olarak tedricen talim edildiği söylenebilir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Islamic scholars, in the context of the information sources of the Prophet’s sunnah, expressed different opinions based on some confusion in the distinction between prophethood and human. There are four different understandings in this regard. Some scholars and muhaddiths who hold the view that the entire sunnah is based on revelation adopted the view that the dream, inspiration, knowledge born in the hearts of the prophets is al-wahy al-ghayr al-matluw or wisdom, that is, a revelation other than the Qur'an. Scholars generally accepted the Qur’an, al-wahy al-ghayr al-matluw, human experience, reports, sense organs and theoretical views as the source of knowledge of the Sunnah of the Prophet. In terms of shaping tradition, the Sunnah is the Prophet’s reorganization of human experience with his own ijtihad under the control of revelation. The Sunnah of the Prophet is the main source that contains the essences of change by considering the transformation of diseases and conditions. Hadith scholars have been criticized by some traditions of thought because of their belief that the form that the Prophet put into religious life through the sunnah is a kind of revelation and unchangeable provisions even if the conditions change. The fact that the sects, who accept that the only product of revelation is the Qur'an, deny the hadiths, which are taken as evidence in the practices of prayer, has brought up the debate about the source of the sunnah. These sects that oppose the view that the teaching on how to pray was taught to the Prophet by Gabriel, developed a counter-argument with the idea that the Prophet received the prayer from the practices of previous shariahs, not from the instruction of Gabriel, on the grounds that there was a similar practice of worship in the previous shariahs. Considering that Gabriel communicated with the Prophet at different times regarding the performance of the prayer, it can be said that the prayer is gradually taught in accordance with the revelation of the Qur'an. In this respect, our study aims to evaluate the arguments and evidences about the source of sunnah in his prayer in terms of narration science. | en_US |
