| dc.description.abstract | Teknoloji sağlık hizmetleri ile ilgili her türlü alanda uygulama olanağı bulmaktadır. Yeni teknolojilerin en yaygın uygulama alanı bulduğu kuruluşların başında ise hastaneler gelmektedir. Hastanelerde bu teknolojilerden hem yönetim faaliyetlerinde hem de klinik uygulamalarda yoğun biçimde faydalanılmaktadır. Yönetim faaliyetlerinde kullanılan sistemlerin başında elektronik hasta kayıtları, karar destek sistemleri, hemşire bilgi sistemleri ve ofis otomasyon sistemleri; klinik uygulamalarda ise bilgisayar destekli hekimhasta iletişim sistemleri, klinik karar destek sistemleri, hasta izleme sistemleri, tele tip, ilaç dağıtım ve kontrol sistemleri, görüntüleme sistemleri (MRI, PACS, CT. Skopi, Ultrason), laboratuar sistemleri, diyaliz vb. gelmektedir. Klinik uygulamalarda kullanılan bu sistemler teşhis ve tedavi teknolojisi olarak adlandırılmaktadır. MOO 2000 Bu çalışmanın amacı, teşhis ve tedavi teknolojilerinin hastane çıktılarını artırmada yeri ve öneminin tespit edilmesidir. Çalışmanın evrenini Sağlık Bakanlığı (SB) hastaneleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma kapsamına SB hastanelerinden 120 ile 500 arasında yatağa sahip 91 hastane alınmıştır. Girdi değişkeni (bağımsız değişken) olarak; tip teknolojisi yatırımı, uzman ve pratisyen hekim sayıları ile fiili yatak sayısı; çıktı değişkeni (bağımlı değişken) olarak ise; orta ve büyük ameliyat sayısı, yatan hasta sayısı, poliklinik hasta sayısı ve gelir miktarı alınmıştır. Yapılan korelasyon analizi, basit regresyon analizi, çoklu regresyon analizi ve t testi sonuçlarına göre, teşhis ve tedavi sistemlerinin devlet hastanelerin çıktı miktarlarının artırılmasında önemli bir paya sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Özellikle ameliyat sayısı ve gelir miktarının artırılmasında bu sistemlerin etkili olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Sonuçlar ışığında daha fazla hastaya. çağın gereklerine uygun, hasta beklentilerini karşılayan, verimli, kaliteli ve etkin bir sağlık hizmeti sunabilmek için hastanelerimizde teşhis ve tedavi sitemlerinin artırılması gerektiği ifade edilebilir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Technology finds the opportunity of application in every kind of area related to the health care. And the hospitals are the basic institutions in which new technologies are mostly applied. These technologies are generally used in both management activities and clinical applications at the hospitals. T systems which are used at the head of the management activities consist of; electronic patient records, decision support systems, nursing information systems and office automation systems; and in terms of clinical applications those consist of: computer based physician-patient communication systems. clinical decision support systems, patient follow up systems, tele-medicine. medicine distribution and control systems, imaging systems (MRI, PACS, CT, scopi, ultrasound), laboratory systems, dialysis systems and etc. The systems which are used in clinical applications are called diagnosis and treatment technology. The aim of this study is to detect the importance and position of diagnosis and treatment technologies in increasing the hospital outputs. The universe of the study consists of hospitals belonging to The Ministry of Health (MH). 91 hospitals having beds ranging between 120 and 500 are taken to the scope of the research. Medicine technology investigation, the number of practiced and practitioner physicians, and the number of physical beds are considered as input variables: medium and high number of operations, the number of in-patients, the number of policlinic patients, and the amount of income are taken as the output variables. According to the results of correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, multi regression analysis and t-test, it is observed that diagnosis and treatment systems have an important contribution in increasing the output numbers of the state hospitals. It is found out that these systems are very effective in increasing the number of operations and the amount of income. Consequently, by considering the results, it is possible to say that it is obligatory to increase the number of diagnosis and treatment systems in the hospitals to provide a health care for more patients which is appropriate to the requirements of the day, meets the expectations of the patients, is productive, qualified and effective. | en_US |
