| dc.description.abstract | Trikilemmal kistler özellikle saçlı deriden köken alan cilt lezyonlarıdır. Çok nadir olarak malign değişim gösterirler. Takip ettiğimiz 5 Malign Proliferatif Trikilemmal Tümör (MPTT) olgusu, retrospektif olarak değerlendirildi. Literatürde tarif edilenin aksine, daha genç bir yaş gurubunda görülebildiği, lokal olarak agresif karekter göstermesine rağmen bölgesel ve uzak metastaz yapmadığı izlendi. Tedavide; kitlenin total eksizyonu, palpabl lenf nodu varlığında regional lenf diseksiyonu yapıldı. Eksizyona rağmen cerrahi sınırlarda tümör mevcut olan ve birkaç kez nüks eden olgularda adjuvan tedavi olarak radyoterapi (RT) ve kemoterapi (KT) uygulandı. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Trichilemal cysts which occur in the scalp are frequently seen dermal lesions. A few trichilemal cysts rarely show malign proliferation. Five malign proliferating trichilemmal tumour cases were evaluated retrospectively. Despite of literature, (it was observed that) it could be seen at young population and it was not regional metastazing and distant metastazing, although it showed local aggressive character. At treatment, mass was totally excised, regional lymph dissection was made if there were palpable lymph nodes.
