dc.description.abstractAmaç: Nadir görülen, genellikle semptomsuz olan ve tesadüfen saptanan tek taraflı serebellar agenezi nedeniyle bir olgunun radyolojik bulguları ile birlikte sunulması amaçlandı. Olgu sunumu: Sensoriyo-nöral işitme kaybı nedeni ile cerrahi planlanan 14 yaşındaki erkek olguya yapılan posterior fossa ve kraniyal bilgisayarlı tomografi ve manyetik rezonans görüntülemede sağ orta kulak ve mastoidde havalanma kaybı ve skleroz, sağ serebellar hemisferde totale yakın yokluk saptandı. Sonuç: Tek taraflı serebellar agenezisi olan vakalar asemptomatik olsa da radyolojik tanı yöntemleri ile kolaylıkla tanınmaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractObjective: We described a case with unilateral cerebellar agenesia that is usually asymptomatic, rarely seen and detected incidentally with radiologic imaging findings. Case report: A fourteen years old male patient with sensorio-neural hearing loss was examined by posterior fossa and cranial computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. They revealed a lost of aeration, and sclerosis in the middle ear and mastoid air cells and nearly total absence of right cerebellar hemisphere. Conclusion: Cases with unilateral cerebellar agenesia that are usually asymptomatic have been described easily by radiologic imaging techniques.en_US
