Özet
Küresel kamusal mallar genelde önemsenmeyen ancak aynı derecede önemli bir kavramdır. Yaşamın devamı, iklim değişikliğinin, savaşların, hastalıkların engellenmesi, bütünleşmenin, serbest ticaretin insan haklarının gelişmesi için gerekli her türlü mal ve hizmet, hayati önem taşımaktadır. Küresel kamusal mallar, küreselleşmenin de bir sonucu olarak, devletlerin beraber, koordineli bir şekilde faaliyet göstermesi içe üretilen bir niteliğe sahiptirler. Bu tür üretim gerektirmesinin sebebi, piyasada üretilmesi için gerekli özelliklere sahip olmamasıdır. Bu yüzden doğrudan devletler tarafından sağlanmalıdır ve kar olgusunun çok ötesindedirler.
Global public good is a concept that is generally ignored despite its importance. The goods and services necessary for maintaining the life; stopping climate change, wars, diseases; integration, trade and human rights are crucially important. Global public goods must be produced cooperatively so that states can operate in a coordinative way as a result of globalization. The need of this production is that global public goods do not have the features to be produced in the market. Therefore, these goods are supplied by the states and they are far beyond the profit.
