| dc.description.abstract | Amaç: Bu araştırma Türkiye’deki ebelerin aidiyet, merhamet ve tükenmişlik düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırma, tanımlayıcı ve ilişki arayıcı tipte bir araştırma olarak Türkiye genelinde bulunan doğumhane, kadın doğum servisi, kadın doğum acil ve kadın doğum polikliniklerinde çalışan 415 ebe ile 15.03.2022-15.03.2023 tarihleri arasında online şekilde yapılmıştır. Ebeler gelişigüzel örnekleme yöntemi ile çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Veriler; araştırmacı tarafından oluşturulan tanıtıcı bilgi formu, Ebelik Aidiyet Ölçeği, Merhamet Ölçeği ve Kopenhag Tükenmişlik Ölçeği ile surveey.com adresinde hazırlanarak oluşturulan link ile sosyal medya (facebook, instagram, whatsapp, ebelik dernek grupları) üzerinden toplanmıştır. Bulgular: Ebelik aidiyet düzeyleri ailesinden, sosyal çevresinden destek alan, geliri giderden fazla olan, Ege ve Akdeniz bölgesinde çalışan kişilerde yüksek bulunmuştur. Merhamet düzeyleri ailesinden destek alan, ebelikten memnun olan kişilerde daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Tükenmişlik düzeyleri ailesinden, iş arkadaşlarından, sosyal çevresinden destek alan, mesleğinden memnun olan ve maaşını yeterli gören kişilerde daha düşük bulunmuştur. Tükenmişlik ölçeği ile ebelik aidiyet ölçeği ve merhamet ölçeği arasında negatif yönlü bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Merhamet ölçeği ebelik aidiyet ölçeği arasında pozitif yönlü ilişki bulunmuştur. Sonuç: Ebelerin aidiyet düzeyleri yükseldikçe tükenmişlik düzeyleri düşmektedir. Merhamet düzeylerinin ise tükenmişlik üzerinde etkisi anlamlı değildir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Aim: This research was conducted in order to determine the belonging, compassion and burnout levels of midwives in Turkey. Method: The study was conducted online between 15.03.2022 and 15.03.2023 with 415 midwives working in the delivery room, obstetrics service, obstetrics emergency and obstetrics outpatient clinics across Turkey as a descriptive and correlational research. Midwives were included in the study by random sampling method. Data were collected through social media (facebook, instagram, whatsapp, midwifery association groups, midwifery association groups) with the introductory information form created by the researcher, Midwifery Belonging Scale, Compassion Scale and Copenhagen Burnout Scale and the link created on surveey.com. Findings: Midwifery belongingness levels were found to be higher in those who received support from their family and social environment, whose income was higher than expenses, and who worked in the Aegean and Mediterranean regions. Compassion levels were found to be higher in those who received support from their families and were satisfied with midwifery. Burnout levels were found to be lower in those who received support from their family, coworkers and social environment, were satisfied with their profession and considered their salary sufficient. A negative relationship was found between burnout scale and midwifery belonging scale and compassion scale. A positive relationship was found between the compassion scale and midwifery belonging scale. Results: As midwives' belongingness levels increase, their burnout levels decrease. The effect of compassion levels on burnout is not significant. | |
