dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, ilköğretim 6. sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler öğretiminde probleme dayalı öğrenmenin öğrencilerin, başarı ve tutumlarına etkisini incelemektir. Araştırma 2004-2005 öğretim yılının birinci yarıyılında Meram Sare Özkaşıkçı İlköğretim Okulunda toplam 40 öğrenci ve birbirlerine denk iki sınıf üzerinde yürütülmüştür. Ölçekler araştırmadan önce ön test uygulamadan sonrada son test olarak uygulanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin çözümlenmesinde t test kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda deney ve kontrol grubu öğrencilerinin, başarı ve tutumları arasında deney grubu lehine anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Problem -based Learning to the student’s level of achievement and attitude of the students for teaching social studies in sixth class at primary school. This study has been conducted with totally 40 students in two classes equivalent to each other in the first term of 2004-2005 academic year in Meram Sare Ozkasıkcı Primary School. Scales are applied to the students before the practice as a pretest and after the practice as a post test. For analyzing the data, t test has been used. At the end of the study; According to the pre-test and post-test results of control group, to whom traditional approach is applied and experimental group, to whom Problem based learning, is applied, there is a significant difference in the students achievement and students attitudes level in favor of the experimental group.en_US
