dc.description.abstractDünya çapında rekabetin güçlenmesi ile meydana gelen teknolojik, finansal ve siyasal gelişmeler; turizm alanında tüketim alışkanlıklarının değişmesine etki etmiştir. Bu etkiler ülkeleri ve şehirleri, turizm alanında önde olabilmek için zamanında gerekli planlamaları yapmaya zorlamış ve alternatif turizm kavramlarını gündeme getirmiştir. Türkiye’de Kongre şehirlerinden biri olan Konya’da bulunan, Anadolu’nun en büyük kongre merkezi özelliğine sahip Selçuklu Kongre Merkezi (SKM); araştırma kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmada, SKM ile ilgili çevrim içi yorumlar incelenmiş, 355 yorum değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Genel olarak, analiz sonucunda "Tesis Olanakları," "Hizmet" ve "Etkinlik Çeşitliliği" kriterlerinin en yüksek "Çok İyi" derecelendirmelerini aldığı görülmüştür. "Salonlar," "Otopark-Giriş" ve "Personel Yeterliliği" kriterlerinde de olumlu sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. "Konum-Ulaşım" kriteri ise "Çok İyi" ve "İyi" derecelerinde değerlendirilmiştir. "Temizlik" ve "Koruma-Güvenlik" kriterleri ise daha düşük puanlar almıştır, özellikle "Koruma-Güvenlik" kriteri "Çok Kötü" derecesinde tek bir değerle temsil edilmiştir. Ayrıca, yıllara göre kriter değerlerinin incelenmesi, mekanın gelişiminin ve performansının nasıl değiştiğini açıkça göstermiştir. Her yıl farklı kriterler altında elde edilen toplam değerler ve yüzdeler, mekanın gelişiminin ve hangi alanlarda daha iyi sonuçlar elde edildiğinin anlaşılmasına yardımcı olmaktadır. Cinsiyetlere göre yapılan değerlendirmelerde, "Tesis Olanakları," "Hizmet" ve "Etkinlik Çeşitliliği" gibi kriterlerde benzer değerlendirmelerin olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak bazı kriterlerde, örneğin "Salonlar" ve "Personel Yeterliliği" kriterlerinde farklı cinsiyetler arasında farklı değerlendirmeler olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Yorum niteliklerine göre yapılan analizde, genel olarak "Olumlu" yorumların çoğunlukta olduğu görülmüştür. Kadın cinsiyeti "Olumlu" yorumlarda daha yüksek oranlarla yer alırken, erkek cinsiyeti "Olumsuz" yorumlarda daha yüksek bir yüzdeye sahiptir. dc.description.abstractTechnological, financial, and political developments that have occurred with the strengthening of competition around the world have affected the change in consumption habits in the field of tourism. These effects forced countries and cities to make the necessary planning in order to be ahead in the field of tourism and brought the concepts of alternative tourism to the agenda. Selcuklu Congress Center, which is in Konya, one of the congress cities in Turkey, and which is the largest congress center in Anatolia, has been evaluated within the scope of the research. In the research, online comments about SKM were examined. 355 comments were taken into consideration for SKM. In general, the analysis results indicate that the criteria of "Facilities," "Service," and "Variety of Activities" have received the highest "Excellent" ratings. The criteria of "Venues," "Parking and Entrance," and "Staff Competence" have also achieved positive results. The "Location-Accessibility" criterion has been evaluated in the "Excellent" and "Good" categories. On the other hand, the "Cleanliness" and "Security" criteria have received lower scores, particularly the "Security" criterion, which has been represented by a single "Very Poor" rating. Furthermore, examining the values of the criteria over the years clearly shows the progression and changes in the venue's performance. The total values and percentages obtained under different criteria each year help understand the venue's development and areas where better results have been achieved. Gender-based evaluations have revealed similarities in the assessment of criteria such as "Facilities," "Service," and "Variety of Activities." However, certain criteria, such as "Venues" and "Staff Competence," have shown differing evaluations between genders. Analyzing the comments based on their qualities has shown that "Positive" comments generally dominate. Female respondents have a higher presence in "Positive" comments, while male respondents show a higher percentage of "Negative" comments. This sheds valuable light on how different genders perceive the venue. In summary, the analysis conducted provides valuable insights into various aspects of the Selçuklu Congress Center. The evaluation of different criteria, trends over the years, and the differing perspectives of genders all contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the venue's strengths and areas for improvement.en_US
