Özet
Bu araştırmada Konya ili ortaöğretim okullarındaki Okul Aile Birliklerinin (OAB) görevlerini gerçekleştirme düzeyleri, OAB yönetimi, öğretmen ve velilerin görüşlerine göre incelenmiştir. Araştırma durum saptamaya yönelik betimsel bir çalışma niteliğindedir. Araştırmanın örneklemini, ortaöğretim okullarındaki OAB yönetimi, öğretmen ve veliler oluşturmuştur. 70 OAB yöneticisi, 295 öğretmen ve 365 veli örnekleme alınmıştır. Grupların görüşleri OAB Yönetmeliğinin 6.maddesinden oluşturulan 34 anket sorusu ile elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular SPSS 10.0 programıyla çözümlenmiştir. Ortalamalar, varyans analizi ve Scheffe testi bulgularına göre OAB yönetimi, öğretmen ve veli gruplarınca göreve yönelik faaliyetler büyük ölçüde uygun bulunmuştur.
In this study, the level of Parent-School Partnership to accomplish their tasks determined in 2005 based on school-parent partnership administration, the views by the teachers and parents, considering different and similar schools separately were analysed. The population of this research, as a descriptive study, is the Parent-School Partnership, the teachers and parents at the secondary education schools in the central municipalities in Konya. The sample included 15 secondary education schools, 70 Parent-School Partnership, 295 teachers and 365 parents. The views of the groups were obtained through 34 interview and questionnaire questions formed under Article 6 of School-Parent Partnership Regulation. The data obtained from interview and questionnaire was evaluated through SPSS 10.0. based on the mean system. Whether the activities by Parent-School Partnerships vary depending on school type and group is significant or not was assessed through variance analysis and Scheffe test. The findings indicate that Parent-School Partnerships administration, teachers and parents act properly in nearly all the task related activities.
