| dc.description.abstract | The essential oil, which was obtained by steam distillation of fruits of Trachyspermum copticum (L.) Link harvested in Turkey, was analyzed direcdy by GC and GC/MS. Twenty-seven compounds were identified of which thymol (61%) was present in greatest quantity.
