Özet
In this study, the refractive index, viscosity and specific gravity values do not show any important variation between different species and locations. As regards the fatty acid composition, major fatty acids are palmitic acid, stearic acid and arachidic acid as SFA (saturated fatty acid); oleic acid as MUFA (monounsaturated fatty acid); linoleic acid and linolenic acid as PUFA (polyunsaturated fatty acid). While linoleic acid contents are found to be between 35.99% (Interdonato) and 44.86% (Encore), oleic acid contents are found as 21.72% (Robinson) and 32.16% (Interdonato) for the 2008 harvest year. In addition, linolenic acid contents are valued at 3.58% and 8.69% for lemon seed oils and 4.56% and 4.96% for orange seed oils for 2009 harvest year, respectively. The palmitic acid content of samples is assessed between 23.29% (Interdonato-Lemon) and 28.62% (dortyol domestic-orange) for 2008 harvest year. alpha, beta, gamma and delta-tocopherol contents of citrus seed oils are found between 9.74-699.37, 0.00-0.05, 0.00-7.34, 0.00-0.46 mg/kg, respectively.
